IKF European Korfball Championship A-Division 2024

From 28 October to 2 November 2024, Calonge i Sant Antoni in Baix Empordà will host this international tournament, wherein the eight most elite European korfball national teams will compete.

5-day tournament

Eight teams will play a group phase the first three days, that will decide the semi-finalists and the cross-final games for places 5 to 8 after a rest day. The final matches will take place on Saturday, Nov 2.

Host city

Calonge i Sant Antoni is the beautiful city next to the beach in Costa Brava that will host all the matches of this always exciting and prestigious tournament.

1 champion

A place on the final podium is what all teams are playing for, but only one will be the 2024 European korfball champion. Will the Dutch repeat as reign champions?

All fans and supporters will have free access to the venue. We want to see as many people as possible cheering for their favourite teams.

  • The group stage is scheduled for the first three days.
  • On Friday, November 1st, there will be semi-finals and crossovers in the pursuit of 5th place.
  • The grand final and the match for bronze will take place on Saturday from 14:30 h, after the always exciting duels for 5th and 7th position.
